faulty air conditioning missing washcloths

the staff was friendly and helpful, always a plus.

My room was supposed to be a "premium" room, but the air conditioning didn't work properly. It kept switching between hot and cold air. also, there were no washcloths available, so i had to buy them from a nearby store.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station. This made getting around easy. The room had a large double bed. This was very comfortable. THE staff was friendly and helpful.

There was very little counter space in the bathroom.

clean room easy access lovely quality warm greeting

the team greeted me warmly, a true blessing. my room had air conditioning. it was so clean. the location offers easy access to many attractions and i love that. i loved breakfast with its lovely quality.

the television did not quite work well initially, but it soon got fixed.

The room had a rainfall shower. It was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and I had lots of space.

the staff was very cute (i felt right at home). the room was modern, clean, and spacious. i also found the bed very comfortable.

the bar was closed and there were no dining options available besides breakfast. breakfast cost £20 per person for a cooked buffet, i thought it was a bit too much.
